February 6, 2026 — Hinesburg Fire Department responded to a reported motor vehicle crash on VT Route 116 near Place Road West, resulting in traffic being reduced to a single lane for a period of time. Emergency crews, including fire, EMS, and towing services, worked on scene to assess the situation and safely remove the involved vehicles. One individual was evaluated by EMS at the scene. Authorities advised motorists to use caution while traveling through the area as crews operated roadside. By approximately 12:53 p.m., the roadway was fully cleared and normal traffic flow resumed.
