On March 11, members of the Ilion Fire Department held training at Central Station focusing on core fireground operations. Firefighters went through three training stations: hose advancement along a corridor, hose advancement up a stairwell with forcible entrance, and hydrant dressing while tying into the pump. The hands-on simulation allows workers to practice coordination and reinforce skills required for structural fire responses.
