Binghamton, NY - Members of Binghamton Fire Department Quint 2, Group C, were dispatched to an unusual incident involving a dog that had found its way onto a rooftop. The curious pup, after climbing up, soon appeared to realize that the situation was not ideal. Firefighters remained on scene, keeping the dog calm and engaged with treats while awaiting the return of its owner. With patience and assistance, the dog was eventually able to safely re-enter the residence through a second-floor window. Incidents like this highlight the unexpected situations emergency crews may encounter during their daily duties.
