After more than a decade out of service in North Woburn—when Engine 2 was introduced—the aerial unit is set to make its return. Once operational, Ladder 2 will respond to box alarms across half of the city while providing coverage to a large district in North Woburn. The department also welcomed four new lieutenants who will be assigned to the unit.
