Nashua Fire Rescue’s New Engine 1 Moves Forward in Production

Nashua, NH - Nashua Fire Rescue announced that its new Engine 1 is officially in production at the Pierce Manufacturing plant in Appleton, Wisconsin. This week, the cab has been successfully fabricated and is now progressing to the paint phase, while work on the apparatus body has also begun.


Officials said that future updates will include photos showing the cab as it receives its final colors and the body as it continues to take shape. Nashua Fire Rescue expressed gratitude to the community and City Administration for their support, noting that their investment helps the department provide the highest level of service and safety to residents.


The department emphasized that the development of Engine 1 represents another step forward in strengthening its service to the community.
