Dog Safely Guided Back Inside by Binghamton Firefighters

The Binghamton Fire Department responded to an unexpected call after a dog was reported on a home's roof on March 20

.


Quint 2 and the Group C team arrived to find the dog on the roof, having reportedly escaped a second-floor window. Firefighters kept the cat quiet and distracted with food while they waited for its owner.


After a short time, the dog climbed back inside through the same second-floor window without incident.
