Additional responses included two separate incidents on the river in coordination with the City of Rensselaer Fire Department and the Albany County Sheriff's Office. On Saturday, the Ravena Fire Department provided station coverage while Coeymans personnel participated in the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Activity continued into Sunday morning, when firefighters worked alongside multiple agencies—including Ravena Fire, Albany County Sheriff’s Office EMS Division, Ravena Rescue Squad, Town of Coeymans Police Department, and Amrize Cement employees—to successfully rescue an individual trapped in an elevator.
