CADYVILLE, NY — March 16th — To improve coordination during emergency situations, the Cadyville Fire Department recently held a training night with firemen from nearby departments. The exercise emphasized cooperation, communication, and familiarization with the equipment utilized in Clinton County mutual aid situations. In New York State, where many municipalities depend on volunteer firemen, joint training is widespread. State fire service organizations claim that in order to manage fires, rescues, and other crises, the majority of departments rely on volunteers and mutual aid.

Additionally, police representatives encouraged community people to think about joining the agency at the training night. To find out more about membership, interested locals should come to the station on Monday nights. As they become ready to assist their community, new volunteers are given training opportunities and protective gear.
