Rome, NY - The organization proudly announced that six of its members have successfully completed the Ice Water Rescue Technician course in Westerville. Throughout the intensive training program, participants developed advanced skills in cold water survival, victim packaging, self-rescue techniques, and coordinated team operations under extreme winter conditions.
