Falconer Fire Department Places New Ambulance Into Service

FALCONER, NY — March 3rd — Falconer Fire Department, located at 115 Davis Street in Falconer, New York, reopened a new ambulance to assist with emergency medical response in the Village of Falconer. Crews started answering calls from all throughout the town shortly after they were put into service. Funds from EMS billing, which are reimbursed to the department and utilized for medical supplies, EMS equipment, and ambulance operations, were used to buy the ambulance. The Falconer Firemen's Association provided cash for the purchase as well.


The unit is staffed by volunteer EMTs, paramedics, and first responders who treat residents and guests. According to department officials, the upgraded ambulance supports the department's continuous emergency response operations and helps guarantee dependable EMS service.
