— February 28th — The Pine Hill Fire Department hosted their 99th Officer Installation Ceremony, commemorating another year of community leadership and dedication.

During the ceremony, department members reflected on the previous year and acknowledged the accomplishments made in 2025, when firemen responded to 719 calls for service. The call volume comprised a variety of emergency responses from across the district, demonstrating the area's ongoing demand for fire and emergency services.

A memorable point of the evening occurred when the department welcomed a special guest: the patient engaged in the department's "Call of the Year." Members were honored to reconnect with the person whose incident was identified by the department as a major response.
