Unadilla, NY — February 24th —The Unadilla Fire Department kicked off its "Meet Our Members Monday" series by presenting First Assistant Chief Jeremy Johnson.

Johnson has been a full member of the department for ten years and was a junior fireman for four years prior. Throughout his career with the agency, he has held many leadership positions, including lieutenant, captain, second assistant chief, EMS captain, and presently first assistant chief.

He is certified as an Interior Firefighter, EMT-B, and National Registry EMT-Basic. Johnson graduated from Unatego Central School, was an Eagle Scout with Troop 1 in Unadilla, and previously served as a combat medic in the United States Army.
