Dunkirk, NY — February 28th — The City of Dunkirk Fire Department honored Firefighter James Muscato on his retirement after 35 years with the department. Muscato spent the last 21 years of his career as a career fireman for the department, responding to emergencies and assisting the city's fire protection efforts.
