Albany, NY — February 17th —The Fuller Road Volunteer Fire Department welcomed three Explorer program members who were sworn in as Junior Firefighters on Tuesday evening. Department officials stated that the milestone honors the dedication and hard work that these young people have demonstrated via their participation in the Explorer program.
