— March 3rd — Glenn Zahlmann, former Chief and current Moleston Chairman of the Board, was presented with the Smoky Fales Award at the Rockland County Fire Chiefs Association's Old Timers Dinner. The Smoky Fales Award, named after former Haverstraw Fire Chief Charles Fales, is given to a senior firefighter who is still engaged in their department while also contributing through associations, committees, and community service.
