TYNDALL AFB, FL — February 19th —Tyndall Air Force Base Fire & Emergency Services honored many department workers at a recent awards ceremony, including Fire Dawgs 4th Quarter Award winners, Annual Department of the Air Force award recipients, and staff who earned further professional certifications.

The honor also included the appointment of a new Assistant Chief of Operations for B-Shift. According to department leaders, the awards recognize personnel' dedication, professionalism, and operational readiness in areas such as emergency response, prevention, logistics, and leadership.
