Clermont Promotes Dean Luginbuhl to EMS Division Chief

CLERMONT, FL — February 24th — The Clermont Fire Department announced Dean Luginbuhl's promotion to Division Chief of Emergency Medical Services. Luginbuhl has been with the department since 2005 and has been praised for his leadership, clinical skill, and commitment to patient care.

In his new post, he will be responsible for EMS operations, clinical performance, credentialing, regulatory compliance, and training programs. According to officials, the position helps guarantee that the department satisfies state and national requirements while continuing to provide high-quality emergency medical services.

Luginbuhl will also serve as the department’s Health and Safety Officer, supporting occupational safety and compliance programs. Leaders stated that his experience and leadership will help strengthen EMS delivery, support personnel, and maintain the level of care expected by the Clermont community.
