Jersey City Engine 11's 2020 Pierce Enforcer 2000-gpm pumper gets sprayed by the fire hydrant that the rig is hooked up to during a 2-alarm fire on Bowers Street, January 12th. Luckily, the temperature was 37 degrees, and no ice.
