Lititz Fire Company No. 1 announced several officer promotions during its business meeting. Fire Chief Chief Miller confirmed that FF Ira King and FF Dylan Hall have both been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, while Lt. Mike Madara has been promoted to Captain.
The newly promoted officers join Captain Ryan Balmer and Lieutenant Kevin Ford as the department’s line officers, effective immediately. Company leadership noted that the promotions reflect continued commitment to training, operational readiness, and the ability to lead during complex emergency incidents.
