The School of Public and Global Affairs presents seminars that explore topics addressing issues for employees in public sectors including government, law enforcement, security and emergency response, nonprofit leadership, healthcare management, and transportation and public services.

Learn to communicate effectively with the public and implement the “user experience” for residents when interacting with public officials and agencies.

-EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
October 6, 13, 20, 27
Enhance skills of communication, public speakingand writing.

-RESILIENCY TRAINING
November 3, 10, 17, 24
Understand and learn more about stressful and traumatic events and how to cope and coach others.

Participants receive a Certificate upon completion. $375.00 USD per seminar. Students who complete all three seminars can receive 3 graduate credits.
