Commack Ambulance Run For Your Life 5K Run/Walk

The Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps is hosting our annual Run For Your Life 5k Run/Walk on August 13th 2022. This is a flat fast USATF certified event for competitive runners as well as casual runners/walkers and their supportive friends. All monies go to Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 a.m. SHARP. Registration starts at at 7:30 a.m. There will be on course water stations refreshments and prizes. See you at the finish line!
