On October 29th, Passaic FD Firefighter Alvin Mann was recognized by the Boys and Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic, and presented with the Hometown Hero award. FF Mann is approaching his 25th year as a firefighter, and pours his heart into his job. Even when he's off duty he still finds ways to help his town; whether it's helping with the children, seniors, residents, recreation department, fundraising events, or other various projects that go on throughout the year, FF Mann gives his full dedication to the City of Passaic at all times. That’s why the Boys and Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic recognize FF Mann as their hometown hero.
