Harrisburg International Airport is manned by 3 career staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Department consists of 5 pieces of apparatus.
Engine 703 a 2020 Oshkosh Striker,2000/1500/210 and 500 gallons of Dry Chemical. Engine 702 a 2001 Oshkosh Striker 2000/3120/420 gallons of AFFF
Engine 701 a 2000 Oshkosh T3000 2000/3000/420 gallons of AFFF.it also has a 50' Snozzle. Unit 70 a Heavy Rescue a 1989 Pierce Dash which came from Honey Brook Fire Company.
They also run a quick attack unit which is a 2004 Chevy 3500/KME 4x4 which holds 100 gallons of pre mixed foam.
