This truck was purchased from command fire apparatus in august 2015. The truck was from north grease fire & rescue. We have replaced bearing in the turn table, all the waterway seals, some ball valves in the pump with steel valves and a lot of hydraulic lines have been replaced. On 1/3/2019 american test center came for the annual ladder test. Halfway though the test the tech told us to take the truck out of service the torque box had a "rot" rust issue. The truck was taken out of service at that time. We had several different apparatus specialist look at the truck and pierce. Everyone's opinion was to refurbish the truck. Since 1/3/2019 we drive the truck weekly and have pumped the truck some to insure it is still functioning. As of a few days ago the truck functioned just fine. The only known issue to us is no air conditioner and the torque box issue. The truck is out of service and will not pass inspection per american test center. Recently i have spoke to other agencies who have the same issue with their ladder truck and their truck was not taken out of service and passes test. Those departments said its a norm that things like this happens and they don't understand why the truck was taken out of service. We have already replaced the truck with an apparatus that covers our need and have no need to go any further with repairs or seeking other opinions about this apparatus. We do have some maintenance records for this apparatus however i am not sure if it covers everything that has been done to the apparatus.

THE TRUCK IS AS IS AND COMES WITH NO GUARANTEE.
