You are bidding on a 2000 SUTPHEN SP-70 Aerial Platform/Tower Fire Apparatus. It was taken out of service in March 2019 when a new apparatus was placed into service. The apparatus has a Detroit 60 Series 400 HP diesel engine and with no known issues and 3,129 hours. It is also equipped with an automatic Allison transmission model (????), also with no known issues. The GVWR is 48,500 (front axle = 21,500, rear axle = 27,000) and air brakes. The PTO generator is a Gen Pro 8KW. Vehicle length is 41', height is 11'1". Aerial PTO hours are 1,697; aerial ladder length = 70', aerial weight rating = 750 lbs wet/dry. The pump is a Hale Q-Max 150 single-stage pump with pressure governor and was certified in 9/2018. 500-gallon poly water tank and a 65-gallon fuel tank.

In 2019, $14,000 in repairs were made to the aerial ladder at the Sutphen Factory. The operator left the aerial extended while entering the station. All invoices pertaining to the repairs are attached in the photo section. The ladder inspection report from May 2019 is also attached. The body has minor damage to the officer's side pump panel running board and normal wear and tear for the age of the vehicle.

Ground ladder storage capacity is 1-35' 3 section ladder, 1-24', 2-16' roof ladders, 1-10' A-frame, 2-10' folding ladders (ground ladders are NOT included). Hose storage capacity is 1-150' bumper line, 2-200' crosslays, 400' 2.5 hose bed, 1000' 4" (hoses are NOT included).
