Attleboro, MA — In October, the Attleboro Fire Department responded to 810 incidents. With 626 documented calls, rescue responses accounted for the bulk. Four fire or explosion events, sixteen hazardous situation calls, thirty-eight service calls, forty good intent reports, and eighty-five false alarm responses were among the additional activities. Severe weather was connected to one call.
According to AFD, the monthly totals show the city's ongoing need for emergency, rescue, and fire services. The agency is still dedicated to offering residents security and assistance around the clock.
