Quick Response Controls Pickup Truck Fire

Danbury, CT — November 13 — On Thursday morning, the Danbury Fire Department arrived at a car fire on Holley Street. When Engine 23 got there, a pickup truck was completely engulfed. With the help of crews from Car 30, Squad 21, Engine 24, and Truck 1, the fire was extinguished in a matter of minutes. No injuries were recorded. The cause of the fire is being looked into by the Fire Marshal's Office.
