Bridgeport, CT — November 9 — The Bridgeport Fire Department honors Firefighter Nicholas Auriemma, who made the ultimate sacrifice on November 9, 1978. Firefighters paused to commemorate his service and dedication to the community, adding that his impact is still felt within the department.
