Newburgh FD responded to a high mechanism MVA on October 31st around 10:00 on Water Street in area of Broad Street. City/Newburgh Police

and Empress EMS were at scene. Water Street was blocked at Broad/Water and South Street/Water during incident. Firefighters checked both

vehicles for hazards. One driver was transported to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital by Empress EMS. One vehicle was impounded status of second

driver wasn't given-State Police were called for possible DWI. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
