One Transported After Collision in Ocala

(OCALA, Fla.) Oct. 23, 2020 - Ocala Fire Rescue responded to a collision involving three vehicles on NE 36th Avenue and Seventh Street.

At 4:23 p.m. Engine 2 and Rescue 2 were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle accident involving three vehicles: a blue pick-up truck, and red pick-up truck, and a gold SUV. Units arrived to find the blue pick-up truck on its roof.

The driver, and sole occupant of the blue pick-up truck, kicked through the rear window of the vehicle self-extricating prior to units arrival. The driver was transported to the hospital.

Neither the occupants of the gold SUV (two adults and a dog), nor those in the red pick-up truck (two adults) had injuries to report.

Ocala Police Department and Marion County Fire Rescue also responded.
