WALTHAM, MA - At 8:40 P.M. on October 12th, two cars traveling south on I-95 in Waltham entered a construction zone at high speed, crashing into construction barrels and scattering debris along the highway. Rescue 1, Engine 2, and Medic 2 responded. Rescue 2 signed off with one car on its side, with two female drivers out of the vehicles. Both drivers were taken to Lahey Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
