Providence, RI - On Friday, May 22nd, Providence Firefighters were called to 369 Douglas Avenue for a structure fire.
Engine 12 was first on scene and performed fire suppression at Mondoz Pizzeria. Shortly after getting the first line in the door, firefighters had a ceiling collapse and were evacuated from the building to perform an exterior attack.
