Shortly after 7:30pm Saturday February 29, Baltimore County westside units were dispatched to respond to Rescue Box 2-12, reporting a crash with an overturned vehicle and people trapped at Park Heights Avenue & Brooks Robinson Drive. First arriving units confirmed a Cadillac Escalade was on its roof in the northbound lanes on the bridge over I-695; several people had self-extricated but one person was still inside. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle in preparation for a rescue, however were able to remove the victim via a window. Multiple EMS units were requested by command to handle a total of 5 patients.
