Truck was moved to reserve status in 2004 when it was replaced as the primary ladder company. Last aerial inspection was done in 2016. Pump test was last completed in 2016. Most functions of this truck work as designed. Dash needs some work as plastic is broken in multiple places. Vehicle was refurbish in 2007 @ 50,679 miles.
