FIRE TRUCK IS LOCATED IN VALDOSTA, GA. 1970 American LaFrance 100 feet ladder truck. Trucks starts, runs and drives. Batteries have been removed while down but will be reinstalled once unit is sold. Body is steel construction and has 10 cabinets which open, close and latch. Truck was removed from certified service 5 years ago but still maintained. Tires are Goodyear and in good shape with good tread. Truck height is 10' 8 with a width of 8' 2". Color is red/white. Truck has air brakes, 2 axles, Cummins VTF-555 8 cylinder diesel engine that runs and drives. Transmission is manual 5 speed. Ladder is 100 feet and out of certification due to being removed from service. Truck was refurbished during the mid 90's and has lots of chrome. The passenger door glass is cracked and there is normal wear and tear for a unit this old but is truly in good shape.
