2008 Freightliner M2 106 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 8.3L L6 DIESEL. 2008 Mobile Command Unit built by MBF Industries.

We are the only owners of this unit. It is built on a 2008 Freightliner M2 chassis with a C7 300 HP Caterpillar motor and an Allison 3000 Automatic Transmission on a 270-inch wheel base, 8000-pound taper leaf suspension front axle with disc brakes, and a 21,000-pound rear axle 5.13 gear ratio, on an Airliner air ride suspension with disc brakes.

The chassis has a standard gauge compliment, air conditioning with power steering and air brakes. The vehicle has an overall length of 36 feet and a road travel height of 13 feet, 4 and ¼ inches tall. The GVWR is 33,000 pounds.

The Body is a full Command Post style with built in separate Conference Room with a slide out for more room, Communications center and a galley with a refrigerator and lavatory. The weather station, mast mounted camera system and wiring for a server and radio bank will remain and be left in usable condition. The Radios and Server that are shown in the current pictures will be removed prior to the sale of the vehicle along with the computers and phones that are shown. The truck has an onboard 20 KW Generator that uses the diesel fuel tank for chassis as its fuel source. It also has hydraulic stabilizing legs for on scene use.
