APPARATUS IS LOCATED IN BYRDSTOWN, TENNESSEE. 2000 Ford F350 Ambulance has a ford f350 chassis with a select-tech ambulance body. Engine is 7.3L, V8 Diesel. Automatic Transmission is operable. Runs well - no problems mechanically. Maintained every 5,000 miles. Was taken out of service in March 2009 and is kept inside and driven occasionally to keep batteries up. Tires are fair. The only problem other than cosmetic stuff is a strobe light control box is out on it. It was a full usage/service truck until it was replaced. All glass is good. Has an older Motorola vhf radio in it still working. No major damage known, just light cosmetic. All EMS decals in place on vehicle.
