The Douglas, MA Fire Deparrtment has taken delivery of a new 2005 Pierce Enforcer Quint and assigned it as Ladder 1. It carries 500 gallons of water abd is equipped with a 1,500gpm pump. The unique part of this rig is its' 75-foot stick....it's all aluminum. It is believed to be a first for Pierce in the greater Boston area. This new unit replaces a 1981 Maxim 100' 1,000 gpm Quint.
