Forked River battles car fire on the Garden State Parkway

The crew from Forked River's Engine 6021 battles the blaze.

LACEY, NJ - On June 17, 2009, approximately 1:00 p.m., the Forked River Fire Department was dispatched to a working car fire at mile marker 74.0, northbound on the Garden State Parkway.

The crew from Engine 6021 arrived on scene, stretched a 1¾ attack line and battled the fire.

Also responding to the scene was the NJ State Police and the Lacey First Aid Squad.
