.On November 11, 2009 at 01:36 hours, companies from Washington Co. were dispatched to assist the Berkeley Spring WV fire company with a working barn fire located at 5103 Martinsburg Road in Morgan County WV. First arriving units found the barn fully involved.
Apparatus and manpower from Hancock, Clear Spring, the Emergency Air Unit and Rehab Unit in Washington County along with Little Orleans in Allegany County Maryland assisted West Virginia Companies from Hedgesville, Great Cacapon and South Morgan.
The fire was brought under control in about 3 hours but continued to smolder well into the next day.
