Santa Claus made a stop by Brookline Station 4 on Saturday, December 19, 2009 as he was headed to the Chestnut Hill Mall to finish up last minute shopping. Santa, an obvious fire buff as evidenced by his wearing of bunker boots and skill sliding the pole, wanted to make sure all the boys and girls as well as the Firefighters had been good all year. He made sure he spent time with each child and checked his lists twice. He even brought along a special friend to the delight of all. He was seen checking his GPS on his sleigh on his way to do his errands.
