SOUTHINGTON, CT - On July 13, 2010, at 3:30 p.m., the Southington Fire Department received an alarm for a vehicle and school bus accident, on Berlin Street. Headquarters Company, Engine Company 1 and Engine Company 21, were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, they found the driver trapped in the car, which had driven under the back of the bus. It took about fifteen minutes to extricate the driver from the vehicle.
