FRANKLIN, CT - At 10:23 A.M. on Wednesday, 12/31/25, the Franklin and Lebanon Fire Departments were dispatched to The Driveway Guys, 828 Route 32, for an excavator fire. Tanker 106 arrived at 10:37 with a well involved excavator and stretched a 1.75” hose line. Engines 206 and 125 then arrived and provided manpower. Car 6 had command until Car 225 arrived. Ladder 106, Hose Tender 106 and Ambulance 506 staged. Command reported the fire knocked down at 10:47. The Franklin Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
