Cedar Hammock Captain making afternoon Station rounds came upon a Vehicle  rollover. He noticed people running across Cortez Road, when he stopped to see what was going on the saw a Vehicle on its side in a creek. He radioed dispatch for additional units. The driver was able to self-execrated and with help come up out of the creek bed. Manatee County EMS transported the driver with minor injuries.
